Their YouTube videos are really great when you’re just starting out and now that I’ve been doing them for over 2 months, I can do the whole video without stopping.
The moves aren’t complicated and yet you can still get a good sweat on and go at your own pace.
(If I would have known my camera was cutting off my head, I would have let myself grimace more! 🤪)
